Bank transfer suits most clients and we also accept cash. For larger projects we can split the invoice into agreed stages, so you are never paying for work that has not been done yet.
We do it all the time. As long as we can reach the trees safely and know where you want the wood or chip left, you can head off to work and come home to a finished job. We will send photos before and after if you like.
Fully. We carry public liability insurance and the crew works to New Zealand arboriculture safety standards. You are welcome to see our certificates before the job starts.
Sometimes. Protected trees, and some trees near boundaries or reserves, need consent from the council. We check this for you as part of the quote so nothing gets cut that should not be.
